An Evening in Tuscany
Our chef Marnus Coetsee has travelled extensively through the Italian countryside. Let us take you to Tuscany with crostini di cavolo nero, beef short rib ravioli and tiramisu. All can be thoughtfully paired with Italian or BC Wines.
Lin Babba’s Indian Feast
Shantaram made us appreciate second chances. It also made Marnus want to move to Mumbai. Let us take you around the Indian ocean with a medley of curries. Lamb, beef, chicken, prawn, red or green. Our sides include mango chutney, an apricot-almond pilaf, cucumber-lemon infused yoghurt, and garlic naan.
